Hi Cuties: Can someone tell me how to upload a picture on Cute? I used to be able to, but don't seem to be able to now.

Make sure the pic is not too big and a jpeg format.

Thank you Crafter. I have to use Explorer for my Embroidery Software. I used to be able to upload pictures, but maybe something is different with Windows 10.

Windows 10 uses a new browser. Your computer I.T. person set up your old computer/internet in a way that used compatibility mode for Cute.
Try using Chrome or Firefox for picture uploads. I find they are much faster anyway.

Thank you Rescuer, but I can't change to Chrome or Firefox as my embroidery software doesn't work well. I have SewWhat Pro and they recommend to only use Internet Explorer, so I don't want to mess it up.

You can use them at the same time. I have 2 - 3 windows (each with a different browser) open all the time. Firefox and Chrome are both good alternatives and since they can be used without affecting Internet Explorer it won't mess up your software at all. Just be sure to take the tick mark off when it asks if it should be the new default browser.
