Updated at end.We are at the front edge of tonight's bad storms and we are getting huge thunder and rain that sounds like I live UNDER a waterfall! Just finished planting a huge flower bed - well, re-planted - dug up and amended and rearranged. Once again, my gardening informs my embroidery and my embroidery informs my gardening. I wanted to re-do some colors and textures for a better design. And it would be nice if I could get some plants to bloom in that part shade part of the yard! Oops. Time to log off the computer and check that the embroidery machine is totally unplugged.

Well, we just had the one bad brawl. This morning everything is glowing green and the birds are singing like crazy. The best news of all, the ground is too soggy to work so I'm gone stitching.

We saw some of this storm on our news here in Australia. I hope all the Cuties are safe, and you as well grace.

I am so sorry. Sounds as if you are on a merry-go-round. The weather has just been awful in some parts of the States. I hope it becomes friendlier.

We had that yesterday and it wasn't as bad as they were calling for. Had a lot of rain .wind and pea size hail not the baseball size hail they were calling for. My plants made out ok. All month I"ve been trying to keep them from drowning

Oh I do hope the storm doesn't harm your flowers! Keep dry and away from lightning!
