I loved the flowers and especially the roses that came between the posting of the different letters. And the ships, planes and animals were nice children's designs.
I agree with pacmp that some of the details of the alphabets before the bargello one are pretty (small) designs on their own.
I understand you were not referring to the freebies, but what draws people to comes back to the store and hope fully to what is making the money and likely a reason. I would say that the alpha and numbers draw more people and also increase of sales due to just how many more designs are in the alpha sets, that people will end up missing some and then either buy the full set at the introductory price or even just single letters they need. Where as with the picture sets if people miss those they could combine with other designs, so not as many people feeling that they must get the complete set. Likely Ms Veronica has kept track of the site visits and income from the various sets and has learned to provide the sewers with the designs that sell. I am one who has been loving the designs built into the font sets those details add a great deal of ways we can customize, making the set unique and different each time, which I love doing. This style of letters she has been doing also makes me feel like I am getting both an alpha and a set of designs as they can be used. Also with the larger sets it makes people check in daily and that is the first step toward hopefully people then making purchases. Hope you find some designs to your liking that maybe you had missed or that now you could envision in a project. Happy stitching! Pam
With Membership costing Australians over $40 we have to be a bit more selective with memberships these days. And be sure we get value for money.
Correct Barbara, I think Pam is missing your point.
I don't know what she means by saying:

The purchase is already made when you pay for membership.
I was just thinking today what pretty alpha's we've been getting. Also some pretty flowers and cute animals for children's items.
I can't answer your question, but I think the borgello (?) one is gorgeous. Since I haven't been on in awhile I have lots to catch up on. Thanks for reminding me to check the designs. I've been reading the other entrees and just over looked them. :)
