You are so kind! I love your scarves. Great job, Suzanna
How sweet and kind of you, Carolyn...and they are so bright and cheery...It is difficult as I cannot see the other side so I can't tell...but I would just say that the embroidery should not go through to the lining which would be against her head...
Hope this link works.

Hello, your scarves are very thoughtful. These suggestions are from experience - I also had cancer and lost all my hair. My head without hair felt like a plastic doll's head. Your hair and head account for a lot of your body heat so you may feel colder than normal. I found that a turban stayed on better than a scarf unless the front of the scarf comes down over your forehead, which then requires a longer back side to drape down and tuck into the tie at the back of your head. Your friend may want to wear a head covering at night. Light weight knit ski caps, or turbans made of terry cloth, and jersey are nice. My prayers for your friend that she recovers quickly, and blessings to you for being a thoughtful friend.
There are probably free patterns somewhere on the internet, but Amazon has a McCall's pattern for 8 different types at http://www.amazon.com/McCalls-Pat...
Looks good Carolyn. There you are making something for someone else. Your such a wonderful friend. Keep up the great work. I like them very much and I'm sure she will also. Mechille :)
Wonderful Carolyn, and for you to jazz them up to look fancy, you are always making things for your friends and others. God will bless your sweetness and kindness. Cheers, Mary
Very nice Carolyn. I make turbans and give to the Cancer CTR to give out.
They are wonderful. You are such a kind person. Your friend will love them.
Loving these colors and they should brighten her day......great project!!
How kind of you to do these for your friend Carolyn. I was out with Mum's friend Val (she is the lady in my ladies luncheons with Mum - she is her friend) yesterday and she has lost all her hair also due to the radiation treatment. She had on a Carnaby Street cap in Purple, she was also dressed in Purple, earrings, shawl and nail polish in mauve!!! I will have to make her some of these. Love Chris
Your friend will love them and I will be praying for her
Thank you for caring and sharing. Your friend will be in the prayers of many of us. God Bless You.
I haven't made one of those my sweet daughter wanted hats as she has always loved hats. Her hair is coming back now. God is so Good
btw you could fancy up the one they gave her by adding purple stitching ;-)
I bet a lot of gals would love to have one of these! You always step up to the plate whenever someone needs some support. I admire your efforts to make the lives of others better.

Carolyn, what a super job you have done with these headbands. Your friend will feel a million dollars in this very fancy headgear. You are a treasure, and such a kind person always making for those in need. I have not made these, but have made drainage bag covers, for my husband when he has had operations. And have donated embroidered ones for the cancer hospitals. Sandra.
