hello cuties, I have been having problems with my hard drive, seems it crashed. Thankfully it is still under warranty so after almost 2 weeks it is back working for me yeh. However when installing software for my Janome Digitizer MBX software it doesn't include the Horizon 15000 so I am looking for help on how to download to add this to my software.

Hi Lor...there are two issues here...one download is for your MBX software...the other update is for your machine...they are two separate issues...The link you have provided appears to be an upgrade for your machine...not your MBX software...please do not confuse the two...I also do not think that the Horizon Link Suite is a part of your Janome MBX software...The updates for you MBX software should be very straightforward. I am not sure what version of MBX you are using...I am using Version 5, but I do not think you purchased that upgrade...Are you using Version 4 or Version 4.5?

your right Kim sort of, it is not for my machine it is for the software & yes I have the Horizon Link Suite so I need to get that updated thanks for the reminder I am on overload from all of this

I can not help you with your software but us with Bernina have had trouble, also.Technology moves too fast for us to keep up. Kay

When I got one of those "you can ruin this by installing wrong" things, I took the whole thing to my dealer from whom I bought the machine. It's not that he's that much brighter than I am on computers, but I knew he would make (in my case) Brother do right by me if anything went wrong!
