Linnie pinne had the ribbon hair version on their retired list. But I have located it at SWAK as a bonus design. You could substitute the ribbon with yarn for the hair. It is called a bow holder there.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I ordered the retired set for Lynnie Pinnie and yep, that was the one I was thinking of - not sure where the idea that it used yarn came from...LOL Thanks again! Hugs, Deb*
You are welcome. Happy to be able to help. Looking forward to seeing it when you are done
You know I have seen something like that but for the heck of me I cannot remember where I've seen it. I have been having a look on the internet and cannot locate anything like that. I was thinking along the lines of Wendy below where you can just make a face and plait some wool or something similar to make the braids. Good luck, someone else may come along with some more information later. Love Chris
yep, Chris, I had the same problem - I searched so many sites I was convinced I must have been hallucinating hair bow holders! LOL! I do like Wendy's suggestion. Thanks so much! Hugs* Deb
I have one, its is just a face with ribbon where you would have the plaits and a bow on the bottom, sorry but I cannot find where I got it from....wendy
Found a girl in the hoop bow holder at Applique Corner. But not with pigtails. GGDesigns has a whole page of clippie keepers if you want to check them out.
Thanks so much, Gerry! I've looked at GG, but I'll go see what Applique Corner has to offer. Hugs*
