I have to share some pictures of birthday gifts my daughter brought me today.

The little chest of drawers is decoupage and the tie dyed doily was an off white one from a jumble sale. The fabric wrapped parcel is two presents in one. It contained a pair of spray painted purple canvas shoes which I am already wearing and I still have the fabric to play with!
Aren't I a lucky girl?

Ah - the greatest gift of all, a lovely daughter, is in the steps of her lovely mom and doing such sophisticated crafted gifts for her. I am confident your birthday was wonderful but realized now it already was

Happy Birthday Sue! Beautiful Gifts that were chosen especially for you! Her re purposing and fabric wrappings made every part of the gifts extra special- I too love her doily recoloring which totally made the doily up to date and modern. Continue enjoying your gifts and maybe even filling up your little chest of drawers with even more creative supplies.
