May I please ask where you got the pattern? You have really inspired me.
They are from Elsa's Designs. Right now they are on sale. I posted a link but it didn't work but you can go to oregonpatchworks and clink on main menu, scroll down to Elsa's Designs to find the design. http://www.oregonpatchworks.com
Thank you so much. I just received word today that my granddaughter is engaged to be married. I can think of some lovely things to make for her with these. Happy stitching and thanks again.
These are so pretty. I am in awe that something like this can be digitized. They are so realistic.
The pansy sure look real. Thank you for sharing. Happy Stitching!!!
I love them Teresa. Beautiful colors. Just something I've been doing with mine. Pattern says use 2 pieces of water soluble. I use one. Less expensive. I don't rinse mine either. I just keep a wide craft paint brush and a baby food jar of water in sewing room and go around edges to get rid of wss.
Thank you. I'm going to try one layer the next time because I am going through a lot of stabilizer very quickly. I do my edges the same way, with a brush dipped in hot water. My scrap bag doesn't offer much in the colors that I want so I am anxiously waiting to get to a bigger city to get more fabric.
My two cents...glob69, if you are using these as coasters and someone spills on them, that may start to dissolve the wss inside and make a sticky mess on the coaster, just a thought.
These are stunning and the colours truly beautiful. In a way they are almost far too good to use as mug rugs. I could see these being used as part of an indoor flower arrangement if mounted on florist wires. Superb job.
Thank you. That is a good idea. I am going to use some to decorate a purse.
These look absolutely beautiful. I love Pansies and the fabrics you've chosen make these really pop out at you. Love Chris
These are super designs, and you have done a wonderful job with them. Love your colour choices. Sandra.
Just love these pansy will have to get them for myself
Wunderschön!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welchen Stabilator haben Sie in den Rahmen gespannt?
(Weil die Ränder so schön sind.)
Liebe Grüsse

I'm guessing that this is written in German. I'm sorry. I don't speak German. so I don't know what your question is.
the question was: what kind of stabilizer you did use in the hoop, because the edges of the projects are so veryvnice.
"war die Frage: welche Art von Stabilisator Sie in den Reifen verwendet haben, weil die Ränder der Projekte so veryvnice sind."
Yes, I like too know, witch Stabilisator You did use?
I used 2 layers of WashAway AquaMesh because that is what I have on hand. I'm sure any wash away will work. glob69 says she only uses one layer so I am going to try that the next time to save on stabilizer if possible. The instructions tell you to wash out the extra stabilizer but I just brush the edges with a brush dipped in hot water.
Love the orange colours.Finding the right colours amongst all your fabrics can be difficult. These pansies are addictive ,made 20 so far but have to stop to do other things.
Thank you, it was seeing yours that made me want this pattern. Have you incorporated any of the leaves into the flowers yet? I made some leaves tonight but I am still thinking about how to add them to the flowers. But I have other things to do, like housework. Not as much fun but a necessity.
Haven't decided what to do with the leaves yet.My machine needs to go for a service . The garden needs to be weeded & it gets dark by 5pm. Our long summer came to a sudden stop on Saturday, not use to the sudden drop in temperature yet.
These pansy mug rugs seem to be very popular en they look very summer-y in the vibrant colours you chose!
Pansies, are such happy flowers. These look great!
I need to check these out too. The color combination really pops. are you adding leaves to any of them
I plan to make a trio of them to put on a purse and I will put the leaves on those. I made some leaves but I haven't decided how I want to attach them.
Oh i love them i must sew one lol KEEP GOING GIRLY**********hugs
My next ones will be purple. Right now I need to find the right scraps. I started with the yellow/orange because I had enough fabric to do a set. Hancock Fabric is gone and that is really impacting my ability to find what I need.
