I wanted to see how this ITH quilt block would join up so I had to make enough to try.I think it has potential although the fabric I used for the central square should have been more robust. I obviously was't very careful to centre the design I used for the middle block either. Still, you can't win them all!

The pink is fabric, rolled back to make the curve.

130mm is 5" - so this is bigger.

Very nice...were they done ITH with batting?

spendlove by spendlove 07 Jun 2016

All done ith, but no batting. I thought the edges would have been impossibly thick to sew together. There are 6 layers of fabric at the points where the curves are turned over.

Looks good. I find these ITH blocks very difficult to get perfect. They seems to be a lot of tricks to make it work.

The block is easy enough (if the design is OK) it is joining them that can be tricky.
