Monogrammed 24x6.5x13 (inches) bag done in a 5x7 frame on a single head embroidery machine. The bag was pinned on top of tear away stabilizer after being turned inside out. That made the right side or outside of the bag flat on the hoop. The design was turned so that the majority of the bag would be on the outside of the embroidery arm making sure that the handles were out of the way. I did have to remove the needle and foot to get the bag under the needle and to get it back out also.

This was for a graduation gift and done with my Bernina software font called Anniversary.

Thanks all for your sweet comments. Emily is on vacation in Florida, so I will have to wait until next week to take it to her.

Emily will be so happy. I have also used this method. The last one I did , I had to stand and hold the opposite side the whole time of stitching. I decided not to do any more for a while. The gag turned out great! Kay

I'm impressed! It's a beautiful bag and worth the time and effort it took you to make it and embroider it.
