Update: My computer expert son had tried to help me and
found out that the 8Claws.... server definitely denies access from my IP address. Still I don't know why that is or happened...I had no other choice than sending the owner a private message via Facebook and ask her for help explaining the trouble I am encountering since beginning of June. Still I receive the newsletter.
Thank you for your help meanwhile. I'll let you know whether Julie can help me to use my account there again.

Hi Maria...hopefully Rescuer will come along and be able to help you find out how to deactivate the proxy server on your Firefox...Have you tried to just Google the site and connect through Google? I am sure you have and it probably doesn't matter....but just a thought...
Yes I tried via google and also from the links I have from the orders I placed with them (to redownload...) but no success. Now I inquired in the 8claws Facebook group and am waiting to see what they suggest..hopefully the problem can be solved and I will let you know. Hugs Maria
You need to remove a proxy server from all internet via Internet Explorer. I am away from my computer right now. I won't be much help from my phone and spotty service.
Do a google search
Remove proxy settings
Choose the result that includes support.microsoft
That will give you the steps for your computer.

thank you, but it does not work for me. tried all possibilities. I've been reading hints now and found I probably will have to deactivate the proxy server of my Firefox browser but will have to learn how to do that...it seems to be some small software problem but not solved by me so far. In the past I ordered a lot of their lovely fonts but now I cannot get to the site at all :-( But thanks again for wanting to help me. Have a lovely Sunday- Hugs Maria
