The Silver Streak

We picked up our new car yesterday. We got a surprise to see the big red bow across the bonnet. Had to get the salesman to take a photo for us. I felt great driving it out of the car yard. The tow truck will be coming to pick up the old one soon. I will be a little sad to see it go.
As you can see by the photo I still have not got to the hair dressers yet, but now with the new car and the roads being unblocked after the recent floods we have had here I should be able to get there soon. Hugs

What a wonderful new vehicle! I hope you will be happy with it for a long time. My DH had a Kia and he really liked it, but unfortunately he had to trade it in because of the size vehicle he needed for work.
I think your hair looks lovely.

I am jealous - we have never gotten a new car with a bow on it. Just financial papers that seem to be tied to the car way too long. But we pay it off as soon as we can.

Maybe you will get one with a bow one day. We did not have a bow on the last new one we bought. I guess it is good presentation. Just a pity we did not get to keep the bow lol. Hugs

Thanks. I don't like change and it does feel different to drive than the older one. I guess I will soon get used to it. I love the Silver metallic paint.

Thanks Chris. Yes very happy with the new car and with it being automatic I don't have to use my leg with the bad knee. Hubbies leg is getting a little better. He is on his 2nd course of antibiotics and has to have 2 more lots at this stage. I am moisturising his leg 3 times a day which seems to be helping. I am looking forward to being able to have something done with my hair soooon. Hugs

Thanks. We did not get to keep the bow. They had it sitting on another car later in the day. (This is what you call recycling LOL) I was dissappointed when he took it off and put it inside. Hugs
