does anyone order from Sue Box designs? I just placed and paid for my order,got my receipt from paypal but nowhere do I see the design download? Does anyone know where to look. I did send an email but Cuties are often faster with answers, Thanks

They send you a email with a link which takes you to the site and then you go to your account and download from their. They are a great company so they will get back to you and help

It is, they were having a flash sale and traffic on the site was heavy. I just couldn't figure out where to even look for the download,

After you log in, click on the tab at the top that says my details. Then scroll down the page to my orders and click on your order and the downloads are there.

there is nothing there. I'm waiting for a reply to my email. Paypal has sent the completed transaction # but I have nothing from Sue Box. There was a problem with the order showing on their end as not paid, it was still stuck in my cart but after several back and forths Peter sent me my design.
