not everything I make is a success..........sigh I made 4 batches of Zucchini bread today & by the time I did the last batch I forgot to add the spices & the baking soda so the 2 in the pans are a total waste since they didn't rise . sigh.............they will go in the trash sadly. However my sister took hers home already lol & sent me a text to tell me hers is yummy so only the last batch is a bust

I UNDERSTAND, I have banana peppers out my ears and have look up on line recipes to do with them. All sorts of options and am open for any help as I still have 3 sacks full to do something with. Kay

Zucchini door stops! Love the one baked in the round (Bundt) pan. I can almost taste them. Our zucchini had a horrible year. Wasn't worth tending.

lol. Funnily enough this is the first year my zucchini does well & out of the two plants I have gotten an abundance of Zucchini & cucumbers too. My tomatoes now that is another story not as good as usual.
