Love the bag and the font you used. Specially liked the scrappy look of it, you are so lucky to have a buddy :-) sew with you.
My buddy is my 3 year old grand daughter! She 'sewed' on her little machine sewing (sort of) straight lines-lol on some fabric scraps I gave her to play with. I have some photos I will put in community sewing soon.
Absolutely love your bags designs, color and wording. Great job and wonderful gifts. When did you say you would be by with one?....;-)
May I ask what you used for the waterproofing?
I use a fabric called Baby Dry, but I'm sure you could use PUL, if you like that.
Nice bags, great job on them. Thank you for sharing. :~)
Pretty, pretty. I like the fabrics and colors you've chosen.
These bags are great! I love how you used all those coordinating fabrics. You're right - the colors are perfect for fall, especially in that part of the country. Hope you get there at a good time to see the trees ablaze with color.
I hope so too. I just love to explore nature, countrysides, different ways of life, then glad to come home!
Very nice...I bet you and Nora had a great time together!
lol- Kim I may not ever get to sew alone again!!! The minute I step into my room she wants to come too. I have it set up on my ironing board as I can lower it to her level, but when I need to press she has to watch Shimmer & Shine-lol- cartoons.
Cute, cute, cute. I get the Maine Bag- I think it's a wonderful idea. It also made me sing, "Papa's got a brand new bag." O.K. so I'm old......
I guess I'm old too, I know the song!-lol-Sometimes they think my ideas are corny. Thanks
Super bags Toogie, well done The recipients will love them the colours are great. Sandra.
I needed to use up some fabric without getting into my 'maine'-lol- yardages and I have been wanting to use that ruler! Thanks Sandra
Lovely bags Toogie. Whoever gets them will be sure to like them. hugs
They are all beautiful. You do such a terrific job stitching.
Ah, how nice you are, I just love to sew!Really not sure how terrific since my SIL looked. He is usually my biggest fan, but he told me my ag on bag looked like it was going uphill. i told him I thought the whole saying looked uphill...............well we will ride a mile high uphill train in Tennessee I beleive.-lol- Thank you, I really appreciate your words of encouragement.Toogie
