A little different style of the Melancholy Baby...when I first saw this new one, I could not figure it out. A birthday party and she has a frown? BUT, as it sewed, I thought its a perfect design to make for somebody having a birthday. You can skip the black stitching in the banner and write a number! Great for all the milestone birthdays!
