hello in there, not sure where i should ask, I have wilcom true sizer and trying to convert one of cuties designs from PES to JEF, wilcom tells me it is outside target embroidery area (it is not!) does anyone know how to fix this?

If you bought this design from Cute Embroidery you can download it again in the format you need. Go to your Download Center to do so. .

Hi OneOv...sorry for your problems...my TrueSizer version does have hoop sizes...under the Set Up Tab...go to My Hoops and try to select a larger hoop...then see if you can save it...Also, Under Set Up Tab...go to Options Tab, then Hoops, there is a Centering option...make sure the design is centered in the hoop...keep us posted!

I have been using welcome true sizer for years, to convert formats and sizes so far had no problems. I suggest you try and size down 10% and then size up with your machine. That may work for you. Hope that you shall have success. Welcome to the cute family, from me also. Sandra.

No luck, reduced to 80% which is way smaller than my hoop.

Look for a pm Sandra.

If it is saying it is out of the target embroidery area it only has to be .01 of a mm to be off. Make sure it is exactly within the square or rectangular hoop you are using. Wilcom doesnt have hoop sizes just the file to convert, and yes its size is definitely within the embroidery boundaries, thanks Pennifold

Hi .. Not quite sure what you mean by cuties designs... are you asking about one you have purchased from Cute Embroidery ? If so I would contact Cute Embroidery .. but .. have you tried to change the hoop size ? I also see that you first posted here in Feb of 2016...and no other posts until this one..
