Designs by Cuties had nothing to do with a paid membership, it was members for members. But it has been removed 3 years ago.
However, a paid membership let you download all 5484 designs on Cute plus the new ones that are posted during the 6-month membership.

You can get subscriptions for Cute Embroidery and Amazing Embroidery Designs both well worth the money..
