I would like to know what websites other Cuties use for buying supplies like stabilizers and threads. So far, I have used worldweidner, but wondered if there are any other great sites.

Thanks Cuties for sharing your places!

I use Shopper's Rule for a lot of items especially Robison Anton threads. I buy Madeira threads from Allstitch, I buy stabilisers from Shoppers Rule or from ABC, but only when on special.
Even considering the exchange rates and shipping costs to Australia, I usually save money compared to buying these things here.
I buy fabulous SUPERIOR titanium topstitch needles from Superior Threads.

I have added the links below but URL's starting with httpS. aren't accepted by Cute Embroidery so it is posted directly in this text box.

Hi, Jan,
I have had good customer service, reasonable prices, and fast shipping from www.allstitch.net on rolls of stabilizers and pre-wound bobbins. I buy most of my threads from Metro. I love the bright sheen of their threads, and they often have sales. Very reasonably priced, even before sales.
Hugs to you, Angel

I purchase my thread from ThreadArt and Organ needles from SharpSewing at ebay. Due to shipping costs, I have generally purchased stabilizer and other miscellaneous supplies from local sources including JoAnn and Michael's.

Hi! I use Long Creek Mills for cones (equal to 5 spools) of Robison Anton rayon at about $4 each. I also get cones of bobbin thread in white and black there for maybe $5. I buy Gunold wss in a roll like toilet tissue, with serrated edges very reasonable. This is SO convenient when hooping. Comes in 5 x 5 and a larger size as well. They have a fabulous price on 100% cotton thread on cones if you need that, white and some colors. I haven't really explored their stabilizer prices. I go in person about 1-2 times a year while on vacation trips, but they ship and do online orders. It is a small operation - 1 to 3 employees there most days, so you may have to wait awhile to get answers if she has in-store customers. They are so nice.

Forgot! I get my stabilizers in big rolls dirt cheap at Sewingmachine.com. (Atlanta, Georgia, and West Point, GA) Love their quality on Medium Tearaway 25 foot roll, around $13. Very crisp, supports stitches superbly and tears very nicely when finished. My all time favorite tearaway. I seldom use their cutaway, but keep some on hand. They also offer precut squares of the same good tearaway for 4 x 4 and 8 x 8 hoops, very reasonable and so convenient. Many other items such as hat hoop blanks, which I don't need. Quite reasonable on Floriani stabilizer products and offer excellent selection of Floriani thread cones, as well as at least two other major brands of thread. Also Scan and Cut suppiies, if you're into that. Have fun.

I've ordered their washaway by the yard, 60 inches across but found it hard to store and handle but the price is right if you don't mind cutting it in smaller pieces

I only use worldweidner for stabilizer and vilene. I think they are the best. I find some good deals on ebay but shipping is almost as much as the product. I get thread all over but mostly from Metro
