First of all, the baby is adorable. Can this pattern be purchased somewhere or did you make it from scratch. I bet Bella, my grand-hedgehog would love one of these. If not, her 'mama" my daughter-in-law would enjoy it for her.
I just made the basic shape, then added the ribbons after joining the back seam, when they were on I sewed the base on and then stuffed it.
He is so cute (the hedgehog), makes me want to begin collecting stuffed animals again. The baby is precious, too!
Fantastic idea, Gran! Good idea to save the 2nd pic for his 21st -it's excellent :)
How absolutely adorable and the hedgehog too.
Very clever using ribbon.
Its lovely and such a good and colourful idea baby looks like he likes it as well
What a wonderful idea and your grandson is cute! Love that you've used 🎀. Luv Chris
Jo I love the way that you have used ribbons for the hedgehogs spikes, its and idea I will 'borrow' from you. A sweet hedgehog and an adorable grandson
I puzzled over how to get the spikes until I noticed my overflowing ribbon box! and it was really easy, always a plus!
Great project and from the looks of it the baby loves it too.
Yes I believe that was the first time that he was aware of something apart from mum, dad and sister.
