Hmmm, I am guessing it is your digitizing software...looks like it might be Janome MBX from the screen shot...try reinstalling it and see if that helps...if that does not, e-mail Janome Software Tech Support at
tech_support@janome-america.com
They should be able to help guide you to a fix....they can also take control of your computer and investigate it further...they have helped me out many times in the past...
It's working ok now.
Rescuer sent me some information and also included a link to info given by Zoefzoef some time ago to someone else.
So between the two I am ok for now.
Thank you.
It is often a sign you have memory failing in your computer. It is usually an affordable fix.
However, I did find this:
"If you have been getting the access violation at an address error, it means that the software on your system tried to access a protected memory address. The memory address which is protected should not be accessed by the program you are trying to run, except for the program that is currently using it."
You could try re-installing your software.
I have no idea what protected address it is trying to access as I haven't done anything different than I ever have.
I will try to reinstall it.
Thank you.
I was going to send you a message as suggested but was busy and am glad you saw this already!
I think if you gave more details it might help your quest for help. I see you are using Wilcom so can you contact anyone there for help? By answering this your question has come back to the top
Looks like you need an IT person to help with that one.
Doesn't mean a thing to me either. Sorry.
Good luck
Try sending a PM to rescuer and see if she can help you. Many of use don't have a clue what all that means...at least I don't!
Thanks. I knew there was someone that was a lot more computer savvy on here but couldn't remember who it was - and it was rescuer!
