I did a thing today with black cutaway and theres a black mark on the bed of the machine. I tried water and then a little soap with the water but it wont come off.

I tried a magic eraser and it worked!
And here's a picture of the 18" long choose-your-size one my dad got me from Japan. I think it's pretty funny

I use Isopropyl Alcohol on a cottonball or clean cloth. Takes that marks right off. Be sure to clean out your bobbin area/casing too.

Mr Clean magic eraser sponge will take it right off.

these magic erasers are wonderful! And now the stores carry a generic brand of them so they are much cheaper and still work great.

I would try a very little bit of alcohol - just damp cloth.

Call your machine repairman and ask him what he uses to clean marks off your machine.
