What a great friend you are. The set is gorgeous.
My oh my, you do such great work. I can only envy your workmanship. thanks for sharing. hugs, Mary
Oh, Mary, nothing to be envious of - you should see all my fails! Just this afternoon, I had free a project that had been swallowed by my machine and literally fused itself to the throatplate by using an Xacto knife! Hugs*
really nice. why not spray some 'scotch guard' on it, if you're concerned about soiling?
WOW WOW WOW you've outdone yourself with this set it's GORGEOUS! Well done, your friend will go gaga over this. Love Chris
Thanks so much, Chris! I'd love to make you one... you could use a little "gaga" in your life! :-) Hugs*, Deb
Another stunning set. I really love the white, pink, and green colors. I agree with Pennyhal comment on use. Fantastic job.
Thanks so much, Smokey! Yep, I too agree that you should use your nice things and "love 'em to bits". Hugs*
This is a beautiful set that you have made for your friend. I am sure she will treasure her stunning gifts. Well done, the colours you chose are perfect. Sandra.
I think that this is a fantastic example of how a design that may be on the simple side can become so elegant and lovely. I especially enjoy the needel case. We are entitled to have and use lovely things, even if they do aquire soiling along the way! New and well used trumps clean and never used for me.
How very true! My grandmother was one to save her best things... and some of them were still in their original wrappings/boxes when we cleaned out her house after she died.... so sad she never enjoyed using the good stuff.
This is my colors, delicate pinks and greens. Fabulous job on this beautiful set. Merry Christmas!
Lovely set...and I love the white, but I would not be able to keep it white for very long..
Beautiful set. I love it in white but for myself I would choose darker fabric as I would be unable to keep white for long :)
