Good morning Cuties!
I am finally getting MY coasters made. They are so beautiful!!! In fact too beautiful for coasters...I want to hang it on the tree....or attach it to a doily...display it where it can be admired without soiling.I am showing you the two fabrics I used and also the backside still in the hoop. I think its pretty too! My 'petal' fabric had gold splotches in it already. If you look closely, you can see it in the outer petals where there is no 'veining' stitches. It has been stitched before by others and I think all the colors look beautiful.

Thanks, I had the solid piece left over from a prayer quilt. The print I think was given to me as I don't remember buying it.

I told dragonflyer that it was a LOT of stitches, but I guess that's what make them so nice. She is tops with her designs.
Right now I just have the two, so they are sitting at each end of my coffee table, on a white scarf/doily.

Oh those would be lovely! I don't think there is a color that would make them look bad, it such a great design.

151210If you would take the small round drapery hooks and put the hooks on the back, they could be attached to items. I thought it would be a good idea to add to a wreath or curtain tiebacks!!! Maybe next year Kim will bring it out of retirement. lol

I think the green looks good. I would probably have done gold, but I am not very adventurous.
