Fabulous. I have a stash of old ties to use in a quilt - one day! Hadn't thought to make them into vests. A wonderful idea you have executed beautifully. Thanks for sharing.

Great quilt! I have not seen one like this one that I remember, very unique. This would be a great way of using a loved ones suits and ties to make memory quilts for their loved ones. This would also be a great quilt design for those in the business field or that loved formal and semi formal attire. There seems to be so few quilt designs in a truly masculine style, which really makes this quilt special. I love the ability to open and close the vests. I can not tell but is it a miniature? or wall hanging size? Your daughter and husband will surely love the work and thought to create this wonderful heirloom for them! Great Job!
