Is anyone else having problems downloading the deal of the day designs? I can get some and not others. I do have a subscription and cannot download from the normal Embroidery Design section either.

Thanks for the quick response. They just go back to the main page when i click on them. I download both pes & jef
Problem ones are.. Bird 10473300 - Birds 10473301 - Birds 10473307 - Easter (Sheep) 10473302 - Easter 10473299. Thanks for any help. Hugs Shirley

I am able to get to them and download without issues. I will spend a little time trying to work it out but I need more information. What browser do you use (Chrome Firefox, Internet Explorer...)? Windows or Mac? Try something for me -- reboot your computer and then give them a try.

I am using Chrome. I have just been in using Internet Explorer and was able to get them. May be something to do with my new Internet Provider as I have never had problems using chrome. Thanks for your help. Shirley

Flowers 10473306 is downloading as Spring 10473306 in pes jef and I also tried hus. All the same. thanks

Chrome may need to be removed and reinstalled. That is the fastest and easiest way to fix the issue. You can try to remove the cache and remove extensions you don't recognize. If you have a family member that can help, this is one of the things that can be done at home.

Thanks. I have paid extra for help with my broadband package so I will get them to reinstall Chrome for me. The reason I did this was because my Computer tech is over a hours drive each way. Thyanks again. Hugs
