Yep, I remember this design - even made several - which I was never able to hold on to without them being snatched up by someone and walked right out my door! LOL Great job, Sue, love the larger size! Hugs*, Deb
Unique and beautiful! I love how you arranged the flower fabric putting one flower in the center. Thanks for sharing ideas of your great work! Maria
Can you give me the web address for this set of placemat designs? I've tried several different things and not been able to find the website. Love the placemats and I like both styles. Thanks
I can't give a link. If you are a Facebook member, put Engineered in Stitches in the search box and it will take you there.
I remember that design. Now He who criticises will be happy that his eyes won't go funny anymore :) My favourite is the second tablemat too, as my eyes have become more sensitive lately..... Old age? hehehe....
Hugs, Lidia
Oh, I like this version. I did some of your original back then, after I had started making the octagon placemats. You are such a clever lady and I thank you for sharing with those of us who don't digitize.

I'm still using mine Sue and enjoy it. Love this and the new version/Lillian
Love the flowers in the middle. The second one is easier for me to see. I am afraid to agree with "he who criticizes", but I understand the eye thing. This takes some work and engineering. Great designing
Lovely work Sue, they way you have the flower in the middle of the mat is a great attention to detail. Just remember which mat sits where on the dining table
I have a "he who criticizes" also! Otherwise known as Gripey Pants in our house. I love your designs!
Very nice like them both. Thank you for sharing. Happy Stitching
Like the stretched version, but my hope is too small , buyed your other version long time ago. Your fabric choice is great.
Love it, also the fabric you used. just amazing what you can do.
Oh Sue I really do like these both versions I like the way you have positioned the flower in the middle
