I Laura, I do not see an update so I will say a prayer that his recovery is quick and complete. Best wishes. Christine
Sending my prayers. love and support as I type. Keep choosing FAITH. It will never be the wrong choice. My arms are wrapped around you a tight cyber hug throughout this tough journey. I know this is adding stress upon stress but you are proving to be very strong. We are awaiting a great report when you are able to share any news.
Oh, Karen - it has been a trying day - but, a good day, Matt is doing well - he will have a lot to manage for recovery - but, so far, looks like he will be fine!! I got a Facetime from Alex for Mother's day - oh my how wonderful it was. He is 1/3 of the way through his deployment!! Thank you for your prayers and incredible support - it is so appreciated! Hugs to you!! Laura
My thoughts and prayers are with your brother and you hoping all goes well love
Oh, dear, Laura. I'm adding my prayers as I type this. Please let us know how he is doing.
God knew you would be anxious before it happened and said to you: "Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
Thank you Jerrilyn - my brother is doing really good, considering all they had to do. Please keep him in your prayers for his recovery - I so appreciate it!! Hugs, Laura*
Prayers for you and your brother as well as the medical personnel attending to him. It is so hard to sit and wait -- unable to do anything to help. Hang on to your faith as the Lord knows your heart and his. Regardless of the outcome -- choose faith.
HUGS!
Choose faith - I have been doing that a lot lately!!! Thank you for your prayers and very kind words. Hugs, Laura*
He is included in my prayers. So are you
Oh, Laura, I'll be praying that your brother will come through this surgery with flying colors. And please, know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please let us know how he's doing when you can. Hugs* Deb
I will let you know - it is scary waiting to hear how he is doing. Thank you for your prayers!! Hugs, Laura*
Praying for Matt and the whole family just now. Heart surgery is one of the most successful surgeries out there. When my first hubby had his heart surgery at Emory, their success rate was in the very high 90's and that's been 22 years ago! He will feel really lousy for a week, but he will have his color (circulation) back right away. Take good notes on doctor's and nurses' instructions - he may not remember much about the hospital time!
Such good info to read - thank you - thank you!!! Hugs to you and yours!! Laura*
