Congratulations and I wish you much happiness with your new toys!
Such fun you are going to have. You won't be able to sleep just thinking about what to do next.
Ha Ha my brain keeps ticking over all day & night thinking of the things I will be able to make.
I am happy for you! I don't have a clue what you bought as I don't quilt , but if it is your dream , wonderful. Kay
They are a Sewing/Embroidery machine with hoops 9x14 down to 4x4 and a long arm quilting machine to make finishing quilts a bit easier. The Astra is a car
Congratulations! I just got the Brother Dream Machine 2 and am amazed at all it can do. I am having so much fun playing with my new toy. It is very easy to sit right down and start sewing or embroidering. I am truly in love with this machine. It definitely lives up to its name. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I am enjoying mine. It is more than I ever dreamed for. Hugs, Barba
Amazing. Where to start. Sooooo many new toys to have fun with. Whoever said it was the boys whose toys get bigger as they get older doesn't know any seamstresses. Gotta love our machines! Congratulations on all your new machines! Debbie
Wow so many awesome toys to play with. Congratulations. I wasn't sure what a Holden Astra is. I guess from reading Chris's post that it is a car.
Wow, congratulations, Marian! Enjoy all your new machines!
Hugs, Lidia
Lucky Lady to be sure...you will be busy learning all the new things that your new "toys" are able to do!
Congratulations! You are going to have all types of new things to learn and play with.
Congratulations Marian. I'm so happy you got the new Brother dream machine and I'm assuming you have a dealer close by you down in Sydney. Where will you be placing the long arm quilter as I know they take up quite a bit of room? Must be the time for buying new cars as we just bought a new BMW last weekend ourselves. Once Trev retires we will be cutting back to one car, hopefully in 3 years. Love Chris
No never cut back to one car. If one is in the shop ,you still have wheels. What if you want to go to two different places at the same time. I look at it as a back up embroidery machine. Kay
Thanks Chris I have a Hobby Sew at Blacktown about 15mins away, at the moment the quilter will be in the garage next to the dart board until I either convince Kevin to build me another room or get himself a larger shed.. lol not sure how's going to win this one..
You're going to love your Dream Machine. It is so easy to learn. Congratulations and have fun stitching away.
So nice to hear you are happy, i wish you many hours of wonderful trouble free embroidery with your new machine. Larger hoops are super, i have had my Janome 500e with larger hoops now for over twelve months i just love to be able to multiply designs in one hooping. ENJOY creating new things. Sandra.
Hurray for you! So nice to see dreams come true. Enjoy every bit of your stitching time with your new machines and be sure to show off your projects.
What a lot of excitement at once so have fun and enjoy all of it. If we don't see you here we will know that you are busy with your new toys.
I'm not sure where to start they are a bit different from a Janome embroidery and domestic sewing machines..
