UPDATE: Woo hoo! With everyone's help I was able to transfer my file and stitch it out. Thank you to all who gave suggestions and assistance. I've joined the facebook page for SewWhatPro and they also gave me suggestions.

I didn't make the romper, only appliqued it. Sewing was not my goal today, only learning how to use SWP.
Love the Cuties!!

Help please! I have a Deco 340 and have used OESD Exploration software for years. Well, I finally had to "bite the bullet" and get new software. I chose SewWhatPro because of glowing reviews, but now I can't download it from my computer to my flashdrive to my machine. Can someone help me with a step that I am obviously missing? Or point me in the right direction to find the answer in their manual? Thank you.

Have you joined their fb group or yahoo? Judy F, moderator, and Steve are there to help and answer. Best and quickest "hands on" people I have come across in all my ME time.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've put in a request for the facebook group and a couple of others too. Waiting for permission to join. I did email Steve and he has given a helpful suggestion. Still working on it. I didn't know about this group. I'm sure it will prove very informative.

I feel confident they will straighten you right out. When I first got SewIconz (shows a picture of design in folder with info-invaluable) there was a problem, and Steve called me personally and we worked it out. How's that for great help!

I have the same machine and I also have SewWhatPro. You can also send me a PM and I will try to help. If I ever have a problem I write to Steve at SWP. They are always so very helpful. Will wait to see if you come right. Sarah (Knysna)

find out from your dealer what format to sent to machine. Are you referring to Bernina machine? Some of the older models you must sent to the machine in ver 4. You save in ver 4 to the USB.

Do you mean you are trying to download a design to the flashdrive to use in the machine?

I can download to the flashdrive, but can't get it to transfer to the mache.

I see airyfairy has the same machine and software so hopefully she can help. I am thinking it is to do with the format the Deco 340 takes - exp.
