UPDATE BELOW-I made this set off a size two pattern. I hope it fits, as I have no measurements, for our mission child.
The little owl is so cute! The outline stitched pretty good except in a couple places. I thought it wouldn't show with the fleece and it doesn't, from a distance.....
I made the top a little longer and put side vents, in case it was too long at first. The pants pattern was roomy, so if she is still in diapers it should work well.
I had the right green snaps but opted for the pink to give it more color. Thought about putting them on opposite side as fake, but didn't think I could get all the fabric in the throat of my pliers!

Update-I had a small piece of this print fleece left I think from Nora's mermaid blanket, so I made an extra top. This will give her two different looks, using the same pant.

33350They look so good. You could make the legs longer if you put ribbing on the bottom or even run a couple of rows of shirring elastic 2 inches up from bottom.
You have made something just that bit special you can see the love that has gone into these clothes,

9754Great idea the pink snaps, Toogie you might try filling in the line with a fine line black pen the kind that doesn't wash out, I have done that in the past and it helped.

I made her another top to match these pants and also a pink set. I just hope they fit as I have no measurements at all. They just say size 2.......
