I love seeing yr projects for xmas!!! Beautiful work as always!
Chris, each year you manage to outdo yourself (and put us less organized/task oriented cuties to shame.) Geesh, woman, you'd put the Energizer Bunny to shame! Do you have him in Australia? I so envy your "ladies" They sure are a lucky bunch! Hugs*,
He he he! Yes, we have the Energiser bunny here! I sure don't sew as much as Carolyn, but what with all the things I have to do with family babysitting etc all afternoon Monday, Tuesday and Thursday I need to be organised. It's now Thursday and I've got the whole day up until 2.30 before I collect Dana's children. It's nearly 7.00am and the machine is humming away nicely. Love Chris
Chris you put us to shame with your organising skills, I also have this pattern untried as yet so better get my skates on and make one for myself. Marian
great work Chris
Thanks so much Monika, and I'm so glad you have settled in to your new home and township. Love Chris
Love table runners and yours are especially beautiful, colours and fabric are an inspiration.
Hugs, Roberta
They look lovely, lucky ladies you have. I can imagine that it takes 5 hours to make one runner. colors you chose are also nice. Love, Mary
These are looking great Chris. The ladies will be happy with them. Hugs
I am always amazed how fabric makes a difference. These are all great, but each looks different in their own way.
Lovely work Chris and as usual your getting ready for Christmas leaves me speechless. I need a higher degree of organisation I think
Ha ha ha, we're lucky as it's Winter here and you feel like sewing more. Our summer this past December, January and February was horrendous. Some of our days it hit 47C!
Now when it's like that you can't even think of sewing. I feel for Sue having to sew in the heat. Love Chris
Stunning work done!!They so Stunning..Love the design and your fabric used!!
Thanks so much Sonja, lucky I've got a good stash of fabrics to choose from. Love Chris
Hi Chris... I love these table runners. I bought this design from SweetPea as well, but haven't gotten "my stuff" together to try one. I think that SweetPea gave me too many options for my little brain to handle! ha! Yours inspire me. It looks like you have done them in different orders for the different friends, so I don't need to spend a lot of intense thought on that (they all look awesome). I love them all.... but especially the one you've made for Stasia. Your friends will love these! --Sharon
Hi Sharon, yes, once you've organised the fabrics it's easy. You only need three pieces for each square. I've used the 5x7 design. I've only used 3 of the 4 designs on these runners. One of them is not as 'pretty' as the others. Stasia is a real Teal girl! Love Chris
these are gorgeous! the ladies are so lucky! i am pretty sure they are gonna love them.. great work, hugs maria x x
They are all lovely - wouldn't know which to choose!
