That beautiful design really stands out and makes that top awesome!
In the US cheesecloth is used to remove whey from cheese curds, and to help hold the curds together as the cheese is formed. Cheesecloth is also used in straining stocks and custards, bundling herbs, making tofu and ghee, and thickening yogurt. When we visited Ireland this spring we found many words that were used differently than we were accustomed to. But your blouse is lovely by any name.
Lovely design choice! May I ask what kind of stabilizer did you use? TIA ... FIESTA ;D
Perfect placement Sue, we call it Cheesecloth here in Australia as well. Love Chris
We call it gauze in the US. Cheesecloth sounds limp and too sheer for clothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Divided by a common language!! Fabulous color, I'm likely to stick it in my handbag by accident on purpose, be watchful.
Perfect design for the Cheese cloth fabric top. Looks as though it should always have been there.
Such a lovely jacket& even nicer with the addition of the embroidery too. Thanks for sharing your project. :~D
Nice job...love the top! We call that type of fabric gauze here in the States..
