Sorry about taking so long in getting back to you. Haven't been on here in a while. The pattern is called 'Labyrinth Walk'. I don't know where I got the pattern but I did a quick google search and see that it is available at: http://www.equilter.com/product/2...
Hope this helps. Oh and it was just the pattern I used - not a kit.

Yes I did have the label on the back. It included the name of the quilt 'Labyrinth Walk', their wedding day and made especially for you by me.

I think that life is a maze and u never know what is coming next. Therefore, I thought it was perfect for someone who is starting their life as husband and wife.
