I am after a font that has the jump stitch in the middle of the letter so you don't have to cut in between the letters. I think they are a little closer together than sample...thanks wendy

I don't think I have ever had one in the middle always at the bottom. I mostly use a program Embroidery Magic an old one I bought years ago. Must check and see if I can adjust the jump stitch. I know I can set to tie off each letter which I do.

is tying off each letter in your software, or machine, apparently there is a brother machine that does this, but not mine,....wendy

Hmmm...hard to know until you have the font...My digitizing software allows me to create letters and choose whether I want "closest join" or "always tie off"...I usually adjust the individual letters visually as some letters appear to be further apart than some others...sorry I can't be more help...

Gosh, I don't know how you'd figure that out until you actually stitch them out on your machine. All of my fonts have the jump stitch at the shortest distance between letters. Even when I join letters in my software, they are connected at the shortest distance. If you have digitizing software, you might be able to do this yourself.
