I am not real impressed with the finished design. Applique is not my thing but this is the only spider design I could find to suit a child. The baby's name is Charlotte Webster, nicknamed Spider, hence the spider design. My daughter was happy with it. The towel was for her niece on her husbands side of the family. Hugs Marg

Most spider designs are of the scary Halloween type. And almost all of them are made having the same number of legs as insects.

I didn't even look at the number of legs. LOL. I was just so pleased to find a suitable design. As you say most spider designs are scary.
