Oh Doris wish i lived near u i would come over and we could learn the beast together ****hugs Carolyn
Ok Doris, stop fretting about that machine! Your health is much more important! Do your therapy and rest. You are in my prayers. Hugs Suzanna
May you be blessed with healing grace and soon return to your stitching as that will be good therapy and you need to tame the 6 needle beast! You are braver than I am just for owning one. I have the feeling I would stitch myself to it and have a real mess! :P
thank you for thinking im brave, really im very scared , but i will work to get better, just to see if i can do it, look out beast , i'll be coming for you , soon i hope !!! doris
How scary for you Doris. I pray that with all the physical therapy that you will be doing that you will soon be back to normal. Hope your machine will behave itself also! Love and prayers being said, Chris
I am so sorry that you are having to go through all of this, but glad that you are starting to do better. Praying for a full recovery so you can get back to that new sewing machine.
thank you, hope i heal soon, and thank you for prayers and your kindness, doris
This all sounds like a bad dream Doris. I hope you will regain your strength soon and be back to sewing in no time
it was more like a nite mare. i was sitting having breakfast with my son and i started talking weird, not making any sence, i could't get my words out right, my son got me right to the hosp. i never want to feel that hepless ever again. thank you for caring.... doris
Bummer! I hope you feel better and can get back to the beast!
Oh Doris, so sorry to hear of your health issues.......your machine will take a nice long rest, as will you, and I am sure you two will be reunited very soon......keep up the therapy.....it works!
thank you so much , i will give it a good try, hopefully be better by christmas, thank you , doris
I'm glad you updated us on both you and your machine. I know you will have prayers going up for your continued improvement. Keep up on your therapy and I hope both your speech and your left side and leg regain full strength and movement. I can think of many better places to vacation by the way. Don't worry about you machine. Mine have mostly been sitting for much of this year and they have not complained.
yes that was a very lousy vacation, and expensive one. i was so hoping to do a lot of sewing to help pay my machine off, better get well soon send lots of prayers i wll need them, thank you so much , doris
Oh, so sorry on both counts...hope you have a complete and speedy recovery and you are able to get back to your 6-needle and this time, I hope it behaves...
Oh no to both. First I am glad you are making progress with the help of therapy. Hang in there and hopefully you will be your old self again soon. I also hope you can get help with your 6 needle. There should be no problem. Go back to the dealer for advise.
thank you angie, and sorry i missed saying happy birthday,i didnt get my machine from a brother dealer, , i got it online from a seller who was selling a bunch of these, got a great deal and lots of extras with. my fix it man that has worked on all my machines for at least 25 yrs, retired and he helped me get going, but there is so much to learn, he comes to my house when i need him, but he lives 50 miles away, i just can't ask him to be here all the time, i wish there was someone closer to me! and i have looked at most videos on web, some help some don't.. i will just quit complaining and try to get better, then try again, i just hate it when im sick.... bless you , doris
Doris I'm sure sorry to hear about your problem. I'm going pray for your complete healing and that machine to behave itself.
Ah, the good news is that you are getting better. So sorry you had to go through this but once you're feeling much better you will have another chance to tackle the monster and tell it who's the boss. There's nothing more frustrating than to have a new toy and not be able to play with it. Do you think because this month is Halloween that it brought out the monster in an otherwise meek and mild mannered bag of nuts and bolts. Get even with it. If your eyesight is good (or when it improves) start reading the manual again and watch some YouTube demos. Of course, there are many Cuties who have this ill-mannered child who will offer you good advice. The main thing is to concentrate on continuing to get well -- and give the evil eye to that thing until it becomes a pussy cat in your hands. Please keep us updated. You will get better. You're strong and you're in our prayers.
God Bless.
