Our Grand daughters stayed over the weekend and they were bought new bags to take their lunch to school. So I quickly made removable named labels so the dinner ladies know who and where the bags belong. The result was two very happy girls. They have never seen my machines working so they did today and were able to presss the buttons at the correct time which was fun

That's a great project for them. It's great that you are sharing your sewing skills with children. It will inspire them to sew as they grow older.

Wonderful opportunity to get them interested in sewing and embroidery! My 8 yr old loves to "help" with the embroidery by pushing the buttons and picking out the colors too. She thinks she is a master at sewing now that she knows how to thread the machine! haha. Beautiful bag.

What a fun day for you all. Pretty fabric. I hope they now remember and want to more than press buttons.
