Dennis999's funeral is to be on 19th December at 12.15 at Margate crematorium. Ann asks that we raise a glass that day to help him on his way.The Fire brigade are providing a guard of honour and personnel to carry the coffin and the Union flag will be very prominent,so it'll be the proper formal occasion he deserves,with a bit of humour and some rock music chosen by him thrown in!!

Heven't been on much of late. So sorry learn of Dennis' passing.
Loved the scissor conversation some years ago.

So sad...For someone I never knew and yet I am affected by the love of those who did know him. Blessings to you Dennis and to your family and myriad of friends.

A toast, a prayer and a bit of humor for a man missed by many!

The time of the service was 7:15AM my time. A cup was raised and so was a smile of remembrances of the fun times here. Not only with Dennis, but with all of you dear friends who are a very real part of my life. See you later, Dennis. ☺♥

I am so glad he will have a proper funeral. Firefighters are some of the bravest people! I will be thinking of him and of Anne. I'm so thankful he would become a Cutie and keep us all on our toes. Until we meet again Dennis -- faire bon voyage!
