Sorry BFF, I couldn't help it.
You do know neither of my fridges or freezer have external handles, I suppose I could replace my dirty old sheepskin seat belt cover. :-)
Just trying to save you, you nearly always bring me beautiful flowers when you come down and besides that your friendship is gift enough.

Yes, I knew that your fridges don't have handles like mine. So you will get something else! Love Chris
(Maybe a Nutcracker he he he, I'm kidding, I know you don't like them.)
Just saw this, Chris, you did a lovely job stitchin!!! I purchased this design from Sweet Pea last year, but haven't made them yet. How many pairs will you make? You'll have to let me know how long it takes to make one and if you have any hints to make it easier!! Hugs to you, Laura
Good for you Laura, I too purchased mine sometime last year and thought I'd use it sometime!
They don't take very long under an hour, but I'll time the next one to make sure. I'm making at least 5 pairs, because Meg doesn't have a double door fridge and my Mum doesn't and I think her friend Val doesn't either. As I said earlier though it could be used for other things. Even putting around the handle of your shopping trolley to stop getting germs!!!!!!!!!!!!
First hint to make it easier is I used pre-quilted fabric as the base! Love Chris
OK, BFF, I should have read this reply first. DOH!!!
I also should have known you would check out all our fridges and freezers.... (sneeeeeaky).... (but smart!) ROFLMBO!!!!!!
I must check this out . So cute! You always come up with clever gifts.
I am so envious of your ladies. What a treat you always have for them and this one is different. They look perfectly even placed. How do you keep them from sliding down?
Hi Angie, I just pull them tight as they have velcro backing on both front and back sides! Love Chris
these are cool, I could use this on y seatbelt. Great idea Vhris,
big hug
Michelle
Very pretty. Lucky ladies who will receive these. Hugs. Nan
Chris, I forgot to ask, what size are yours? Also, what size were your runners you got at sweet pea? I love those and they do have a 5x7 size but finished is still only 9 inches wide. I have so many fabrics that would look good with this runner design. All I need is a bigger emb field-lol
Hi Toogie, I made these door handle wrappers in the 9 inch by 11 inch hoop, they finish up 9 and a 1/4 inches long by 5 and 3/4 inches wide.
The table runners were made in the 5 inch x 7 hoop inch hoop and mine finished were 8 inches wide (if you check my pictures of them I had a narrow border) and I made 6 of them in each runner so finished length was 30 inches long. Mine was the navy and white one.
I hope this is helpful for you. Love Chris
Here is the link with my runners.

Thank you for posting this. Flowers are some of my favorite embroidery designs! I am sure they will love these!
You must have watered heavily. Those flowers are huge and healthy looking.
Thanks Betsey, when I gave home from Meg's this afternoon some of the ones I watered this morning were looking a bit limp! Love Chris
Great job! I like them. They make me smile! I've seen them on the site but never thought that I would be interested in them. I just might change my mind after seeing yours.
Thanks Debbie, I thought the same, but they are very easy to make. Love Chris
Interesting and not something that I would have thought about creating ME for. Have fun creating the presents
Great project..I am sure your ladies will be thrilled!
