nice idea Toogie. Great sewing too
Thank you very much. What have you been sewing? I can't remember seeing anything lately from you and you have good ideas too. Have I missed something?
I love these. I don't know that I'll be traveling again anywhere but clever idea. Yes, sure saves the shoulders and arms. I think the faux leather is a great touch. Everyone will be wanting one or wishing they had one. I could have used this when I did go to FL a few times and Myrtle Beach.
I wanted my niece to keep one of them because of her shoulder, so we will see. Thanks for looking!
Nice job. I think you enjoy making bag all sort and sizes.
Another great trolley bag. Sure to be a winner. Hugs
Another winner. Brown handles tie it all together nicely!
WoW, This is amazing... THE WORK that went into it..
You have done a great Job...
Quelle bonne idée ! Nous allons partir en voyage, je vais m'inspirer de vos modèles et les adapter à nos valises.
Merci beaucoup
I am happy to give you inspiration to adapt yours like this. Enjoy your trip and thank you for looking.
Wow, Toogie. I love this. But you gave me an idea to make a wide "belt" with pockets to attach our existing personal bags to the carry-on handles instead of just hanging them by their strap on the carry-on handle.
That's what we do here, share ideas. Sometimes you just need to see something to think, 'I can do that' or 'I need to make one'. Glad you like and thank for looking.
Great job, Toogie. What kind of fabric is the gray? Hugs, Gail
Gail, I'm not quite sure what the content of the fabric is. It has nylon in it, but also seems to have a slight waterproof feel, of the wrong side. It's not hard/stiff like some are. Sorry I can't tell you more than that.
Great job, Toogie...I didn't realize this was an LSU trip...
Great idea. Is this another of your own pattern creations? You are so innovative. Have a wonderful trip. Hugs. Nan W
In a way, yes my own. I just made a tote with a front pocket and the back luggage slip or trolley slip. Thanks Nan
Love your trolley bags. I have seen this on a chinese site, but yours looks more individual. This will be a project for my next trip.
Brilliant Toogie, this is great, love the embroidery addition.
O that is great. You are right the brown ribbon is a wonderful touch.
Have not seen another one if you have posted one before. OK had not looked at all, but see the other one. Still have the same question. Absolutely love both. Great talent you have young lady.
I am curious do you make a bag then add the wide strip and enclose it in the side seam as well as place seams down back to hold it were you want it on the handle?
I add the luggage slip after I sew my straps to the back and before I sew front bag to back bag. I sew right on top of ribbon closest to side edges and baste to side seam edges. Then finish bag.
Thank you so much for the answer.. I like others am going to have to copy you. Wonderfully creative idea. Thank you for sharing your creative mind.
