Fabulous work and love Emblibrary Designs. There are so many designs I love from many sites. They are so much better than the old designs I started out with years ago. I love all the textures.
Yes, I'm deleting my really old designs that I know I'll never use or have such terrible underlay that I know I won't like the results.
I've got mine all back-up up but hardly ever look at them. Quality now is so much better. I will still have them though, but, wished I could go back to delete duplicates which I am sure I have in old files.
If you ever stitch this design again, try enlarging it 5 or 10 percent to make it less dense/tight. This is a trick I learned from spendlove.
I learned to do that from the Martha Pullen Board too! Just have to make sure that the density is not changed as well! I did not do that with this design as I wanted the thread to be dense and luxurious. So, I opted for merely tweaking the stabilizer and using starch. The fabric itself could have had more weight to it for and better result, but I wanted it on this jacket. So, I put up with the trouble of having a dense design on a not very heavy fabric.
Beautiful, yes some of there designs are dense, but beautiful!
Oh, now this is gorgeous!! Great job looks great against the fabric...
Great job and I always find their designs far too dense. I don't use many of them for that reason. This Octopus is stunning! Love Chris
I like working with their dense designs. It's like a challenge for me to figure out how to stitch it out. I have two more of the designs in that series that I am going to stitch out. Next time, I'm going to use wss sticky paper.
