The yarn colors are wonderful and the length of this is great! Nicely done!
How about fabric seampockets? Paisley would look great.

Ha ha ha! Down under that word means something totally different! I think I'm with Angie in thinking that way, te he he!
I know when I went to the Doctor's for my Bursa removal last year he said I had "Hooker's Hip" and I was mortified, but he said he was referring to the position of a Rugby player! (A Hooker is one of the positions in a rugby league football team. Usually wearing jersey number 9, the hooker is one of the team's forwards).
Anyway what a beautiful job you have made here on this coat. I'm sure it will look gorgeous on. Love Chris
Thanks to you and Angie I now know the use of a crochet hook was meant. Not the very different activity I remember from the many detectives I' ve read. He he indeed.
I am sorry but every time I read you start off words "Hooking again" I have to laugh.but that is the American in me. Your crochet work is excellent.. It looks like a wonderfully warm coat. Was the material Mohair?
I don't know what hooking is, but I like what you made. It looks nice and confy and the clour is great.
Looks beautiful and warm. I can see where the pockets would have made it too bulky
