Party decorations for daughters 50th Birthday. I am having such a hard time trying to hide the battery casing of those lights. It has to be easy enough since they need to be done the last minute. I do not know how long the battery in these lights last.

2nd picture has nothing to do with embroidery. Just wanted to show what took up all of my Sunday and the 2 go together.

Love your ideas for her party! Tell me what your photo collage is glued (?) on, please. I love it! Of course, all the work on those FSL 50's are nice too.

Fantastic job Angie! I use those little lights at Christmas especially in pillar candles that have burned down a little. On the mantle amid greenery in arrangements. Like Chris says they last a long time, have some several yrs old. Love you Lillian

I put them in greenery around Christmas as well, but was very conscience about shutting them off when I was alone. Now I think I will enjoy them a lot longer.

I am so relieved to know that. I would have been afraid to turn them on to soon. Now I can take my time

Great job Angie, your daughter will appreciate everything you have done for her. I love the collage too! Love Chris''

P.S. With regard to those battery lights I've had mine last a couple of years. I turn mine on on my ladies luncheon days in the morning and they are still going later in the evening. I put them away and I've used them the next year and they still work.

Thanks. Good to know. I do not have much experience in these little lights. They are really fun.
