Magnificent........what a stunning young lady and love outfit & accessories you made for her........
What a precious granddaughter. The dress and purse are lovely. Will you share the name of the dress pattern?
Thank you! The dress pattern is Butterick 5980. It might be discontinued as its several years old, however, there are some for sale all over the internet. It was fairly easy to make, but make sure you mark the top part where the straps go very well, as It was a real point of frustration for me when I made my mock up and didn't follow the rules LOL. But the real dress turned out pretty good. It called for a full lining, but we live in central Florida. We don't do linings. I just made facings instead.
Thank you so much for replying and the special tips. I always appreciate those. Won't be any linings here either, Arizona.
Irving Berlin said, "In your Easter bonnet, with all the frills upon it,
You'll be the grandest lady in the Easter parade." He might have been talking about Arya.
Beautiful stitching. Love the color!! Arya is absolutely adorable. You are blessed.
