I have finally figured out what happened.
You have two accounts. Your designs are in the another one that I believe is a misspell. I will see if I can merge the two so your order shows up.
Give me time, I'm new to this website host, but-hopefully you have received your designs via email and all is well.

Well...it's been 9 days now. I can't seem to get a reply from any method I've used. I am very disappointed with PNW and their customer service.
As we've all said, there are site problems and Judy is not getting email through the new site. She is a very reputable person, and would not be willingly ignoring you.
Yes, you definitely need to use the MY ACCOUNT top LEFT to access your designs. She is very frustrated with the problems. Have you joined MEWE to see if that works?
Hope by now things are better for you. Sometimes I'm positive my cp and the Internet do not like me at all. Sooner or later though with some help it gets through. Lillian

No..........and I just sent another email to another email address another Cutie gave me and so far, that's not working either. It's been a week and no reply and no designs. Not sure what to think at this point.

I don't do facebook. My daughter does so maybe she could check that. I guess I'm just an old fossil.
Yes..both regular and junk email. Still no word...after 5 days and no reply either. I've emailed the addresses that I've found on the 'net. Not sure what's going on. I had hoped to stitch out one design for a wedding present but that didn't happen. If I don't get a response soon, I could report it to Paypal although I hate to do that...especially for a small amount. Can anyone else get through to her??

I think Judy still sends the Orders out by email, did you check your email??
She has a note on Yahoo group that she is having problems with E-mail and hopes to have it sorted soon.
