Oh Meg this is sooo sad. The poor little thing I really feel so sad after reading this & he looks exactly like my adopted cat. I always check under my car before driving off just in case

Know that that we all feel your loss and will make it lighter.
Meganne, I grieve for you and for Mojo. He looks so much like my beautiful furbaby, Slippers. We were blessed to have him for14 years.
Thank you for taking such good care of Mojo all these years. Remember the purrs and love you all shared. Those are the treasured memories to bring to mind.
Poor lil Mojo, why where your Owners soo careless if they knew you'd be sleeping under Cars, RiP lil one all your Canopeners will miss you sorely and you will be seeing all of them again.
What a beautiful Kitty! I'm sorry you lost him. Surely he is in Kitty Heaven now.

Oh Meg......how horribly sickening........what a beautiful animal and such a needlessly tragic end.......he will be there waiting for you for sure!!!
Little Mojo belonged next door but his owners left him outside all the time.
In fact, for the last two years, they frequently just went away and left him, to the point of rarely being at home at all, knowing that we would feed him and look after him, but he wouldn't stay inside.
Everyone in the street knew little Mojo and I think he cadged a feed from most of them and they all looked out for him.
He had no car sense and would sleep underneath any vehicle, or on any warm driveway and he wouldn't move even if you started the car, or drove into the driveway.
We would always have to look for him, so we could pick him up out of harms way.
Just lately I thought he may have been going deaf.
His owner ran over him, on Friday night, while he was (probably asleep), lying in their own front driveway.
His back was broken and because his recovery would have taken months, would have required round the clock care and possibly been extremely difficult for him with him only having three legs. So they decided to put him to sleep.
Ray and I are both devastated, as I knew what their decision would be as soon as I heard HER comment about money.
I offered to help them pay half the costs, but my common sense tells me, no matter how much it hurts my heart, that their decision was probably the best thing for Mojo.
What a tragic story. My youngest daughter once ran over one of her own dogs. The dog had to be euthanized. It was years ago but she will never get over the trauma of that day.
My heart goes out to you. Our fur babies are so important in our lives. Hopefully as time passes, you will not hear the scream. My Abbie tore a ligament in her back leg. She cried in pain like I have never heard an animal do and I thought I would never forget that sound either. But I guess the Lord blocked that sound because I don't hear it anymore. I just remember that she was in terrible pain. Sending hugs.
So sorry for the los of your visitor cat. This is the reason we do not as a rescue allow cats that are adopted here to be outdoor cats. Too many dangers for them. the cat was so beautiful and I am so sorry for your loss. HUGS
This beautiful cat lived next door to Meg and always greeted me with a loving tail curled around my leg. He only had 3 legs and was just so loving. He will be sorely missed I know. So sorry to hear of his death Meg. My heart goes out to you. Love Chris
Beautiful kitty, now in kitty heaven. It is always sad to have a loss of a pet, whether it is your own or a stray. Hugs Maureen
