I couldn’t get the thread design to show up on the frog design pack I purchased. It just says print and then there is no thread chart

I am not sure which frog pack you purchased...but the design packs do not include the individual design thread charts...each design has one but it must be downloaded and saved from the individual design itself...find the individual design in the pack and then you will find the thread color chart. AND...welcome to Cute!

If you look in the individual designs, you will see the color charts. The packs do not have the complete charts. I added a link to one of the designs answered in your duplicate post found in the Q&A.
