Hi, just want to let you know I can't download from Cute embroidery as well as all the Sister sites. The message is:- " 502 Bad Gateway" hope fully you will keep the designs up once the site/s are repaired. Thanks Maureen

I was at an embroidery class last evening and a couple of the members were commenting on how several of the browsers were having problems. Don't know if that is your problem but thought I'd throw it out there.

Looking for things in common...to isolate the issues
Those that are having issues -- what internet browser are you using?
(Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or any of the other browsers)

What Operating system? (Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 or and older Windows or perhaps a Mac)

What anti-virus software do you have?

Have any of you tried to clear your cache? As updates to the internet, your computer, and the Cute website happen, your computer might be looking for and offering up an old version (one remembered by your computer) of the Website.

Hmmm, I just downloaded several of the new designs here on Cute with no problem...what browser are you using? I would try another one and see if you still have the problem...

I haven't had any problems. Have you tried using a different browser?

I just tried, and didn't have any problem. so perhaps you try it again later?

I too have had problems downloading from these sites. My computer just freezes and I end up doing an "end task". Has not happened anywhere else. Fortunately I have managed to get most of the letters.

Is it the free design you are talking about? I had no problem at all. Have you tried a different format and does that give the same message?

I thought it was something I did to my computer.

I have the same problem. I was worried something is wrong on my computer, but can download all the other sites.
