Kittens everywhere. I am perturbed. Some mother cat has camped out under my back porch with her five kittens - they appear to be about 3 months old, One isblack and the other four orange and all quite fluffy. My sons visited today, and one both fed them, when I wasn't looking, and named the kitties. I don't want them. They are not safe outdoors and Sugartoes would be heartbroken to have to share me with other cats living inside the house, (He is about nine years old and in failing health) I am hoping Mama Cat is being fed at her home and that she will take them back there, wherever that is.

I was surprised to find out that the feral cats in my neighborhood are supported both by the MetroCats group and the local food bank. We have a few that come over to eat but only one that stays here full time. We call her Jill and she stays around and does not fight with our cat Jack. Lol!

I thought the same thing about my cat Sahara and I rescued 4 more cats anyways and they all cuddle together!

Sorry to hear that Sugartoes is not well.We have had small dogs over the years & found that a new young puppy perks the older dog up.
Maybe one of the kittens inside ,might cheer him up.
